What is ZSpotDeals?
Quite simply, we are a resource for you to get incredible deals on a daily basis.  Each day we offer a new fantastic deal.  We work with businesses to promote them in a number of different ways and in turn they allow us to sell their services/products at greatly reduced prices.

Why do I need to create an account?
It is needed in order to purchase deals.  Your account is where your contact and billing information as well as a summary of your purchases will reside.  And most importantly, it is also used as the place where you will go in order to actually retrieve your deals.

What are the 'Deal Details'?
Each merchant has their own stipulations and expiration dates regarding their specific deal.  Just make sure to read them before you buy.

Am I billed when I join ZSpotDeals?
No.  Membership is free.  The only time you'll be charged is when you purchase a deal.  Your credit card will be charged after you finish the purchase process.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, and Diner's Club.

If I buy a deal and my credit card is declined what happens?
We'll do everything we can to correct the problem.  Sometimes it's just an incorrect keystroke or typo.  You will receive an email the day after your purchase indicating that you need to update/correct your credit card number.  You will then have 3 days to correct the problem.

Can I purchase more than one Deal?
It all depends upon the details of the deal.  Some only allow one purchase per customer while other allow multiples to be purchased.  Just make sure to read the "Deal Details"

How safe is my personal info?
Your personal information is completely safe.  We use a high level of encryption technology to protect your credit card information.  And we do not sell or share your personal information with any third parties.

After I buy a deal how do I use it?
After you finish the purchasing process and your credit card has been approved you'll receive an email (usually within 5 to 15 minutes) stating that your deal is ready along with a unique link.  Click this link or sign into your account on ZSpotDeals where you'll click "My Deals".  Then just follow the redemption instruction.

On rare occasions we may have a deal that is based on the number of people who buy it and/or is based on a specified time period. These deals will indicate this in the deal description.  In these cases you'll first need to wait until the deal closes out. Once this time expires everyone's credit cards are processed. At that point you will receive an email, usually in a couple of hours, stating that your deal is ready along with a unique link. Click this link or sign into your account on ZSpotDeals where you'll click "My Deals".  Then just follow the redemption instruction.

If I don't use the full amount/value of the deal in one visit, can I use the remainder later?
Unfortunately no. Unless otherwise stated you don't receive credit or cash back for whatever you don't use.

No, not unless the deal specifically states otherwise.

Do Deals have to be used the same day they are bought?
No.  Every deal has its own expiration date which is listed on the deals page when you buy it.  You just have to use the deal before it expires.

Can I buy a deal as a gift for someone else?
Absolutely.  ZSpotDeals are all transferrable and can be emailed to the recipient at the time you buy. And of course you can print it and give it to them like a regular gift certificate.  What you paid for the deal will not show on the certificate.

Will my name be on the certificate if I buy it as a gift?  
The purchasers name will always appear on the certificate due to technical issue and merchant tracking purposes. Not to worry though, all deals are still transferrable even if they have your name on them.

Can I change or cancel my order?
In order to modify or cancel your order you will need to contact our customer service department via support@zspotdeals.com or phone via 1-877-977-6826.

Can I get a refund for my purchase?
All deals are handled on a case-by-case basis and are handled similar to gift cards.  You will have 5 business days to contact us, after this time we cannot issue a refund.  To contact us regarding refunds send us an email at support@zspotdeals.com or call 1-877-977-6826.
